I include yoga poses, breathing, relaxation, meditation, mudra and mantra. My classes are guided by the ancient teachings of yoga and are intended to help my students have a deeper understanding of themselves and their place in the world. About Us:

Hi, I'm Lisa Powell and I've been teaching yoga since 2001. I've trained in Sivananda Yoga, Flow Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Pregnancy Yoga, Well Women Yoga, Yoga Therapy and Tantra Yoga. I remember the first time the magic of yoga touched my heart and I've not looked back since. I've been teaching classes, workshops, retreats, holidays and courses and absolutely love the depth that yoga has to offer us. This is not a modality that just stretches the hamstrings but has far reaching possibility. It's through yoga that we can heal physically, mentally, emotionally, energetically and spiritually. Through regular practice yoga leads us to a life that thrives in every area and I hope that you choose to join me.
